In addition, its pre-clinical product candidates include COYA 301, a low-dose interleukin 2 product candidate to treat AD; COYA 303, an investigational biologic combination of COYA 301 and a glucagon-like-peptide-1 receptor agonist for the treatment of inflammatory diseases; COYA 201, an antigen directed Treg-derived exosome product candidate to treat neurodegenerative, autoimmune, and metabolic diseases; COYA 206, an antigen directed Treg-derived exosome product candidate; and COYA 101. It has a collaboration with Dr. Reddy's Laboratories SA for the development and commercialization of COYA 302, an investigational combination therapy for treatment of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Coya Therapeutics, Inc. was founded in 2020 and is headquartered in Houston, Texas.
