Its lead product candidate is DURAVYU, an investigational sustained delivery treatment for vascular endothelial growth factor mediated retinal diseases combining vorolanib, a selective and patent-protected tyrosine kinase inhibitor with Durasert E which is in Phase 3 clinical trials for wet age-related macular degeneration (wet AMD), and diabetic macular edema (DME). The company's pipeline programs also include EYP-2301, a promising TIE-2 agonist formulated in Durasert E that is in pre-clinical development phase for potentially improve outcomes in serious retinal diseases. The company was formerly known as EyePoint Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and changed its name to EyePoint, Inc. in December 2025.
