It also drives user traffic and player acquisition for licensed gaming operators through PAS.net, an international affiliate network, as well as a portfolio of U.S. state-specific digital properties. The company was formerly known as SharpLink Gaming, Inc. and changed its name to Sharplink, Inc. in February 2026. The company was founded in 2019 and is headquartered in Miami, Florida.
