The XpresTest segment offers COVID-19 and other medical testing to the traveling public, as well as airline, airport and concessionaire employees, and TSA and U.S. customs and border protection agents; aircraft wastewater and passenger nasal sampling through the CDC's bio-surveillance program; and various services and support, including technical support services and advanced services. The Napple Wax Center segment offers skincare and cometic products, as well as face and body waxing services. It offers its services through stores and kiosks, as well as online. The company was formerly known as XpresSpa Group, Inc. and changed its name to XWELL, Inc. in October 2022. XWELL, Inc. is based in New York, New York.
