In addition, the company operates as an introducing broker that clears all transactions through a clearing broker dealer. Further, it provides financial advising and investment banking services, including investments, restructuring, IPO and secondary offering guidance, and venture funding advice for PRC-based small and medium-sized enterprises; and testing and debugging services.
