Fundamentals
Valuation and ratings
Saga Communications, Inc. trades at USD8.58, which is 120% below the USD18.86 our discounted cash flow model puts on the business. On that measure alone it screens as undervalued, though a DCF is an argument rather than a measurement, and the market is frequently right about why something is cheap.
Our moat model scores it 12 out of 100, which is little in the way of a moat. A moat is a structural reason competitors cannot take the profits away, and it matters more to a long holding period than any single quarter's numbers do.

Estimates are the published analyst consensus and move often. An earnings date is scheduled, not certain, and a share tends to reprice most violently on the day itself.

Common questions
Is Saga Communications, Inc. (SGA) undervalued?
Against our discounted cash flow estimate of USD18.86, SGA at USD8.58 is 120% below fair value. That is one model's answer, not a recommendation, and most of a DCF's output sits in a terminal value nobody can forecast.
Does Saga Communications, Inc. (SGA) pay a dividend?
Yes. Saga Communications, Inc. yields 11.76% at the current share price. It has paid USD1.00 per share over the trailing twelve months. It has paid a dividend in each of the last 14 complete calendar years. A dividend is declared by the board and can be cut at any time; a yield is a fact about the current price, not a promise.
When does SGA report earnings next?
Saga Communications, Inc. is scheduled to report on 13 Aug 2026. Companies move earnings dates, so read it as scheduled rather than certain.
