It builds homes under the Champion Homes, Genesis Homes, Skyline Homes, Regional Homes, Athens Park, Dutch Housing, Atlantic Homes, Excel Homes, Homes of Merit, New Era, J. Redman Homes, ScotBilt Homes, Shore Park, Silvercrest, and Titan Homes in the United States; and Moduline and SRI Homes brand names in western Canada. The company also provides construction service to install and set-up factory-built homes under the Champion Construction brand; operates a factory-direct manufactured home retail business under the Regional Homes, Titan Factory Direct, and Champion Homes Center brand names; and offers transportation services to manufactured housing and other industries. The company was formerly known as Skyline Champion Corporation and changed its name to Champion Homes, Inc. in August 2024. The company was founded in 2010 and is headquartered in Troy, Michigan.
